Licensed Clinical Social Workers

Starting therapy and opening up to someone can be unnerving. Building a therapeutic alliance takes time, and trust. When working with clients, our foundation towards progress would be building rapport in order to establish goals, and work towards progress. I invite you to schedule a FREE 20 minute consultation.

About Me

Starting therapy can feel daunting, yet finding the right support makes a difference. I understand that building trust and rapport is crucial for meaningful progress. My approach centres on creating a safe, understanding space for you to share openly, at your own pace. Together, we will gently explore your concerns and establish clear goals. I am here to help you find practical ways forward and build confidence to navigate life's challenges.

Approach

You’ll find sessions paced by your comfort, shifting between brief experiments and calm reflection so you can notice what helps in real time. In my Beacon office or via English-language video calls, we use gentle mindfulness, practical skills and brief physiological feedback to ground difficult moments and clarify what matters to you. Between meetings I encourage small, doable practice and simple tracking so progress feels measurable without pressure. This way of working often suits people who want steady, practical change alongside emotional support.
