I am an experienced psychotherapist working with individuals, couples, and families using an integrative and psychodynamic approach. I am also EMDR certified and tailor my work to each client's individual needs.

About Me

When life feels stuck or overwhelming, many people seek support. I work with individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate complex emotions and relationship dynamics. Our sessions blend integrated and psychodynamic approaches to explore underlying patterns. For specific challenges, EMDR offers a focused path to process past experiences. This collaborative space supports clients in gaining clarity and finding lasting ways forward.

Approach

Therapy is a thoughtful exploration of the patterns, memories, and experiences that shape how you feel and respond today. Where past experiences are contributing to current distress, I may use EMDR to support deeper processing and change. I offer in-person and online sessions in English in Nairobi, working at a pace that feels right for you and fits your everyday life. Our sessions combine reflection, present-moment awareness, and focused therapeutic work. Where helpful, I may suggest simple exercises between sessions to help you manage anxiety, improve your mood, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others. My approach is grounded in understanding your experiences and relationships while supporting steady, meaningful change.
