I offer a truly safe space for individuals navigating diverse psychic troubles and unaddressed wounds. As a queer affirmative practitioner, I understand the importance of an accepting environment. We can gently explore deeply rooted patterns together. Here, all parts of you are welcomed without judgment. This helps you find clarity and a path towards healing.

Approach

When longstanding hurts and identity questions surface, I move at a deliberate, attuned pace that balances curiosity with containment. I work with individuals in New Delhi and online, offering sessions in English and Hindi/Urdu and shaping each hour to what feels most manageable and truthful for you. In-session we trace repeating patterns, name the feelings that sit beneath anger or anxiety, and use reflective listening, timed silences and occasional brief tasks between meetings to deepen awareness. This approach often helps those coping with relationship pain, trauma or mood shifts who want steady, thoughtful exploration.
