Mrs Tanya Gore

Family Therapist

I hope to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space while exploring areas of hurt, loss, identity formation, and relationship issues.

About Me

Navigating feelings of hurt, loss, or shifts in identity can feel overwhelming. I offer a truly safe, nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore these experiences. We can gently unravel complex relationship issues together. This helps you find clarity and a way forward. My collaborative approach suits individuals and families seeking support through personal and relational challenges.

Approach

When feelings of loss, confusion about who you are, or damaged relationships surface, I meet them with curiosity and steady attention, helping map patterns without judgment. I offer in-person sessions in West Linn and English-language telehealth across Oregon, keeping a calm pace that fits adolescents, adults, couples and families. In sessions we track interactions, name what gets stuck after abuse, divorce or transitions, practice small experiments to test new ways of relating, and set realistic steps you can try between meetings. This steady, collaborative way of working often helps people find clearer boundaries and repaired connection.
