I am a psychologist working in trauma-informed and queer-affirmative mental health, with experience across clinical and academic settings. My work focuses on supporting individuals in building insight, emotional resilience, and healthier ways of coping, in a way that respects their identities and lived experiences.

About Me

I have worked with individuals across age groups, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship and family difficulties, identity and sexuality, mood-related challenges, and recovery from crises and self-harm. I follow an eclectic therapeutic approach, adapting methods to best support each person's needs. Alongside therapy, I facilitate mental health workshops and group spaces for corporates, institutions and communities focusing on stigma reduction, emotional wellbeing, and resilience.

Approach

I believe therapy should feel safe, steady, and deeply human With over four years of experience and more than 7,000 sessions conducted, I work with individuals navigating trauma, crisis, anxiety, low mood, and questions of identity. My practice is especially affirming of students, queer individuals, and those from marginalized communities who may not always find spaces that truly understand their lived experience My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in both emotional exploration and practical tools. I pay close attention to safety and stabilization, particularly in moments of acute distress, while also supporting long-term growth and resilience. Beyond individual sessions, my work across educational and corporate spaces has strengthened my understanding of how social systems, workplaces, and academic pressures impact mental health. I hold therapy not just as symptom relief, but as a space to unpack patterns, rebuild trust in oneself, and create meaningful change. You don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy can be a place where healing feels possible and sustainable.
