Dr Tania Davidson

Licensed Psychologist

I specialize in trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+/trans youth issues and women's issues and bring 30 years of clinical experience

About Me

I support adults and young people, including LGBTQ+ individuals and trans youth, facing trauma, depression, or anxiety. With three decades of clinical experience, I also guide women through their unique challenges. I aim to create a safe, understanding space. Here, we can explore your feelings and develop practical ways forward together. My focus is on helping you foster resilience and lasting well-being.

Approach

Sessions via secure online video in English center on steady pacing and practical tools that help you tolerate strong emotions while staying grounded. I blend careful assessment with collaborative goal-setting, offering short between-session tasks, gentle exposure steps and family-focused planning when helpful. Therapy moves at a measured, respectful rhythm—checking safety, tracking progress and adjusting approaches so you feel both challenged and supported. People who value clear structure and hands-on skill-building, including adolescents, trans youth and women navigating change, often find this approach helpful.
