When the current way of living no longer feels resonant or an old identity no longer fits, my goal is to support the navigation of these shifts, uncovering the internal stability and clarity needed to move forward.

About Me

My work is shaped by a combination of psychological training and real-life experience across different environments. I have a background in Social Studies and spent several years living abroad, which deepened my understanding of how people adapt, change, and rebuild their sense of self in unfamiliar situations. Later, working in software development strengthened my ability to see patterns clearly and understand how underlying systems shape behavior. Alongside this, I’ve gone through my own periods of transition, times when direction felt unclear and old identities no longer worked. This is what allows me to meet you not just professionally, but with real understanding. I completed a 3-year training in Integral Psychology at the Integral Academy in Budapest. My work focuses on helping you understand the deeper patterns behind your thoughts, emotions, and decisions, so change becomes clearer and more grounded.

Approach

Our work together focuses on helping you understand what is really going on beneath the surface of your thoughts and feelings. Instead of rushing into solutions, we slow things down and create space to see your patterns more clearly, especially the internal conflicts that keep you stuck. You can think of this as working with different “parts” of yourself: the part that wants change, the part that is afraid, the part that feels lost. When these begin to work together instead of against each other, clarity and direction emerge naturally. I draw from Integral Psychology, parts work, and practical tools to help you turn these insights into real changes in your everyday life. The process is collaborative, grounded, and non-judgmental. My role is not to give you answers, but to help you find ones that truly feel right for you. If you’re going through a period of uncertainty or change, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Feel free to reach out. We can start with a simple conversation and explore whether this feels like a good fit.
