About Me
Wherever you are on life’s journey, I offer a compassionate and direct process to help you move forward. We will gently identify what is blocking your path, fostering freedom from past pain. This approach promotes healing for you and your relationships, providing clear guidance to rebuild connections. I aim to create a space where you feel truly heard and supported to achieve your goals.
Approach
If past pain feels like a weight, I help you gently and directly identify the small patterns keeping you stuck so you can begin making different choices. I offer sessions in California and via secure online video, and I can switch between Cantonese and English to keep connection clear. Sessions move at a steady, practical pace—short teaching moments, hands-on tasks with children or family when needed, and focused reflection between meetings—to turn insight into usable steps. This way of working tends to suit people facing family conflict, grief, or persistent anxiety.
