Ms Susan Leopold

Psychotherapist (Registered)

Do you want things to be different ? As a clinician, it is my goal to listen carefully, work flexibly and respectfully according to each individual client’s unique challenges, provide empathy, insight and hold a creative space for our work together.

About Me

I aim to help you explore your unique challenges with empathy and respect. In our creative space, we will listen carefully to what feels difficult. We can find fresh insights and practical ways to make sense of your experiences together. This flexible, collaborative approach is ideal if you are seeking to understand yourself more deeply. Discover new paths forward, tailored precisely to your pace and needs.

Approach

When change matters, I help you notice small, practical shifts—gentle experiments that reveal new responses to old hurts. Sessions in English are available from my Toronto practice or by secure online video, paced to fit your rhythm between busy days. We use gentle structure, creative exercises and body-focused awareness so you can practice steadier reactions to grief, anxiety or burnout and strengthen self-regard. This way of working often suits adults navigating loss, life transitions or chronic stress who want steady, practical growth.
