About Me

I help clients cultivate self-compassion and inner strength. Together, we co-create a safe space where you can truly connect with yourself. Through reflection and drawing on elements from Person-centred therapy, CBT, and DBT, I guide you to explore your experiences deeply. This approach is ideal for individuals ready to gain new insights and develop practical ways to navigate life's challenges.

Approach

You’ll notice a steady, collaborative rhythm where curiosity and practical skill-building guide our time together, helping you notice patterns and try small changes between meetings. Sessions in Kolkata or online move at a pace you set, sometimes using brief skill-practices, thought-mapping, and compassionate reflection in Bengali, English or Hindi/Urdu to make ideas usable day-to-day. I offer straightforward feedback and teach simple tools you can rehearse outside sessions while we check what’s working. This way of working often fits adults navigating change or persistent mood and relationship stresses.
