Supporting Wellness Psychological & Family Services

Counselling Centre

“Supporting Wellness is a diverse clinical setting that offers a milieu of therapy styles.”

About us

We are a Calgary, Alberta, Canada mental health organization. We hold registration with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP). We provide child psychological and diagnostic assessments, child and adolescent therapy, relationship counseling, and clinical supervision.

Approach

In Calgary we shape each session around clear goals and small, achievable steps, letting clients set the pace while clinicians offer measurable tools. Sessions combine focused skill practice, brief reflection and tailored feedback; between appointments we often set short exercises or simple observations to track progress. Therapy techniques and assessment insights are woven in when helpful, but the rhythm stays conversational, structured and respectful of family time. People seeking pragmatic, collaborative care tend to find this approach supportive.
