Counseling Psychologist

verified by TherapyRoute

A warm, grounded space to talk, be heard, and make sense of things, with an eclectic approach tailored to you. Sometimes, having the right space makes all the difference.

About Me

I’m Suchi, a certified counselling psychologist with a natural curiosity about people, how we think, what shapes us, and the ways we try to make sense of our experiences. That curiosity is what led me here, and it’s what continues to shape the way I work. Outside of sessions, I enjoy travelling, spending time in nature, and occasionally getting a little competitive on the sports field.

Approach

My approach to therapy is eclectic and collaborative; I draw from different frameworks based on what actually fits you, rather than following a fixed method. I integrate CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, while focusing on creating a space where things can be explored at a manageable pace. Therapy isn’t about having everything figured out, t’s about making sense of things, one step at a time.
