“If you’re feeling stuck, struggling in your relationships, or facing a difficult change, I offer a space to make sense of what’s happening. I work with individuals and couples to understand unhelpful patterns, communicate more openly, and find practical ways forward.”

About me

I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in recurring conflicts, disconnected from one another, or uncertain about how to move forward. My approach is warm, curious and direct: I listen carefully, ask challenging questions and help you explore what may be difficult to say. Together, we look at how your experiences and relationships shape what is happening now. There is room for reflection, humour and honest conversation, with a focus on helping you make meaningful changes in your everyday life.

Approach

My approach is collaborative and grounded in understanding you within the context of your relationships and life experiences. Together, we explore patterns that may leave you feeling stuck, making room for different perspectives and new ways of responding. I bring warmth, curiosity and gentle challenge to our conversations. I help you put difficult feelings into words, understand what happens between you and others, and try changes that support clearer communication, stronger boundaries and more satisfying relationships.
