Hello, I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist with a special interest in long-term psychotherapy. I see psychotherapy as a journey of discovery and personal development, and I work primarily from a Jungian analytic psychotherapy frame. I also lecture in psychology and psychotherapy, write, and supervise.

About Me

I offer long-term psychotherapy, seeing it as a journey of deep personal discovery. Working primarily from a Jungian analytic frame, I guide individuals seeking profound self-understanding. We can explore dreams, symbols, and life experiences to make sense of your unique inner world. This approach is ideal for those ready to uncover complex patterns. It fosters lasting personal development, helping you connect with your authentic self.

Approach

Approaching therapy as an unfolding journey, I guide sessions with patient curiosity and practical structure so you can notice patterns in dreams, body sensations and day-to-day choices. In my Gauteng practice and via online sessions in English or Afrikaans, we move at a pace you can carry — alternating focused reflection, symbolic work and gentle somatic noticing, with simple experiments or reflections between meetings. The work is collaborative and attentive to identity, transitions and grief, and often helps those seeking deeper self-understanding and renewed direction.
