I work with adolescents and adults looking to create meaningful change in their lives.
As a psychotherapist, I use mindfulness-based techniques to bring more insight into what you are struggling with. I help you identify the way you think and speak about your experiences and look for patterns that are no longer serving you. This is combined with looking at the strengths you already possess and looking for practical solutions to your healing goals.
When indicated, I incorporate body-centered alternative modalities including biofeedback and somatic healing which facilitate healing on a physical, energetic and spiritual level.
Your treatment plan will be individualized to best serve you.
