Miss Stella Ong

Registered Counselor

verified by TherapyRoute

I offer inclusive, LGBTQIA+ affirming mental health care for adults and young adults juggling careers, relationships, and major life changes. Psychotherapy, also known as therapy, helps people work through anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, and identity exploration. I take an integrative approach that draws from Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Choice Theory Reality Therapy (CTRT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).

About Me

I work with adults and young adults, particularly those in demanding professional roles navigating stress and anxiety from the pressures of their careers, relationships, and other life demands. I specialize in LGBTQ affirming therapy, providing an inclusive space for individuals to process experiences, identities, and relationships. Whether you are a high-achieving professional, working parent, student, or simply someone striving for better self-understanding, I can help you develop the skills and insights you need. With an M.A. in Counselling & Guidance from NTU and registered with the Singapore Association for Counselling, I hope to create a safe space where clients receive practical tools for immediate relief alongside the support they need to make real changes.
