Stacy

Mrs Stacy Gatz

Psychologist

Through play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and behavior analysis techniques, we explore values, thoughts and feelings to facilitate desired changes. This office operates on a sliding scale and books after school appointments.

About Me

We create a collaborative space for you to explore your values, thoughts, and feelings. Using play therapy, cognitive-behavioural tools, and other techniques, we help you understand yourself and make desired changes. Our approach suits those seeking clarity and practical ways forward. We offer flexible after-school appointments and a sliding scale, making support accessible for many.

Approach

I guide gentle experiments—short games, brief reflection, and clear next steps—so change feels achievable and measurable for children and caregivers. In Albion and through secure online English sessions, we pace work around after-school rhythms and I offer simple between-session practices for families to try. Sessions blend play-based practice with stepped skill-building and values-focused choices so new responses can be practiced and noticed. This way of working often fits families facing transitions, behavior challenges, or caregiver stress.
