Ms Staci Francis

Counseling Psychologist

I am a registered Counselling Psychologist with the HPCSA and BHF. I have a specific interest in working with children and teens living with anxiety, Autism, ADHD/ADD, stress, trauma and adjustment. I provide a compassionate & natural approach to therapy in a trusting and safe environment.

About Me

I help children and teens navigate challenges like anxiety, autism, ADHD, stress, or trauma. My compassionate and natural approach creates a trusting space where young people can explore feelings. This gentle environment helps them find their voice and develop tools for resilience. It's a good match for those seeking understanding and practical support.

Approach

Sessions move at each young person’s pace, using playful tasks, gentle questions and short experiments to help feelings make sense and small steps build confidence. I work with families in East London or via secure online sessions in English, so parents and carers can stay involved and carry strategies into daily life. Between meetings I share simple observations and practical activities to practise, track progress and adjust focus. This approach tends to fit families wanting steady, understandable support that grows resilience over time.
