Ms Srishti Narula

Psychotherapist

Srishti is a psychotherapist in private practice, and has been working in the field of mental health for over 7 years. She uses an integrative approach driven by IFS, trauma focussed and social justice principles.

About Me

My integrative psychotherapy approach, honed over seven years, helps you explore your inner world. I am trauma-focused, drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS) to understand different parts of yourself. I also consider social justice principles, acknowledging wider impacts on your well-being. This offers a supportive space for those navigating past experiences or broader societal challenges.

Approach

Sessions unfold with steady curiosity, tracking the parts of you that react, protect, or ache and gently mapping how past wounds meet present life. I work from my New Delhi practice and online, offering English and Hindi/Urdu sessions so timing and language fit your rhythm. Therapy moves at trauma-sensitive pacing: we build safety, practice regulation skills, and use parts-focused reflection and short between-session experiments to strengthen choice and connection. This way of working often helps adolescents and adults facing anxiety, identity questions, relationship strain or the impacts of abuse.
