Supporting people facing suicidal crisis means we work with steady, practical attention and clear safety-focused steps delivered with care. In Colombo and across Sri Lanka, in English and through both face-to-face and online appointments, sessions are paced to suit urgency: calm check-ins, collaborative safety planning, and focused short-term goals, with agreed contact between sessions when needed.
