About Us

We are a mental health organization in Colombo, Sri Lanka. We offer crisis counseling, short-term therapy, and family support for people of all ages. We keep sessions confidential and offer in-person and online appointments.

Approach

Supporting people facing suicidal crisis means we work with steady, practical attention and clear safety-focused steps delivered with care. In Colombo and across Sri Lanka, in English and through both face-to-face and online appointments, sessions are paced to suit urgency: calm check-ins, collaborative safety planning, and focused short-term goals, with agreed contact between sessions when needed. The tone is direct but compassionate, with family involvement offered when helpful. This way of working tends to suit people seeking immediate relief and concrete support.

We are a government-approved charity who had been working in the field of prevention of suicide in Sri Lanka and giving emotional support to people who are in distress and despair or the past 46 years (1974 -2020)
