Miss Sping Lim

Health Psychologist

I am trained in health psychology, one of the major branches of psychology that focus on how biology, psychology, behaviour, and social factors influence health and illness. This allows me to use psychological skills and techniques to help my clients eat, sleep, feel, and live better.

About Me

When daily habits or health concerns feel overwhelming, I offer a space to understand their roots. As a health psychologist, I guide clients to explore how thoughts, behaviours, and social factors influence their well-being. We work on practical psychological skills, such as stress reduction or new coping strategies. This approach is ideal if you want to improve how you eat, sleep, feel, and live better. We'll focus on understanding your unique mind-body connection.

Approach

I focus on mapping the small, day-to-day patterns that keep difficulties in place and shaping practical moves to shift them. Sessions in English or Mandarin, offered in Singapore or online, unfold at a measured, collaborative pace with space to notice what’s working and what isn’t. Between sessions we try brief, doable experiments—adjusting sleep timing, testing gentle meal routines, or practising short stress pauses—and review results together to refine what fits your life. This way of working often helps adolescents, adults, and couples who want steady, practical change.
