Soul Space Psychotherapy Services

Soul Space Psychotherapy Services

I, Darion, am a Registered Psychotherapist and the founder of Soul Space Psychotherapy Services. Our team provides compassionate, evidence-informed care for individuals and couples. We are dedicated to creating a warm, grounded space for clients to explore their experiences, deepen self-understanding, and move toward meaningful change. Our work is guided by authenticity, collaboration, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story.

About Us

Soul Space Psychotherapy Services is a warm, client-centred small group practice offering a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals and couples to navigate anxiety, depression, body-image concerns, relationship challenges, life transitions and more, through both in-person (in Kitchener) and virtual therapy. We begin with a free 15-minute consultation to explore what has brought you to therapy, then tailor evidence-informed individual or couples sessions to support healing, growth, and authentic living.

Approach

At Soul Space Psychotherapy Services, we take a warm, collaborative, and client-centred approach to therapy. We believe healing happens in a safe, grounded relationship where clients feel genuinely seen and supported. Our therapists draw from evidence-informed modalities to meet each person’s unique needs, honouring their pace, strengths, and lived experiences. Whether in-person or virtual, we aim to create a space where clients can explore, grow, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
