Certified Psychologist

verified by TherapyRoute

I offer online therapy for adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally disconnected, often while navigating life changes such as relocation, relationship shifts, burnout, or identity questions. I work with expats and international clients as well as adults based in the Netherlands who want thoughtful, grounded psychological support. My focus is on helping you understand patterns, regulate emotions, and move forward with more clarity and steadiness.

About Me

I am a Dutch-trained psychologist registered with the Netherlands Institute of Psychologists (NIP). In my work, I combine evidence-based methods with a calm, relational approach. Sessions are collaborative, structured, and focused on real change rather than quick fixes. I have lived in Asia and Latin America, which allows me to work comfortably with expats and international clients who are building a life abroad. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, reflect, and work through emotional or relational patterns in a way that feels safe, practical, and sustainable.

Approach

Sessions move at a steady, practical pace that balances gentle exploration with concrete steps. I work collaboratively, set clear goals, and use brief exercises or reflections when helpful. Between sessions, I may suggest small experiments or questions to help integrate insights into daily life. This approach suits adults navigating transitions, relationship changes, or periods of emotional uncertainty.

Basic Information

Services

I provide individual online therapy for adults. My work focuses on helping clients understand emotional patterns, manage stress and anxiety, improve self-esteem, and navigate life transitions in a more grounded and intentional way. I work with clients experiencing burnout, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, boundary issues, and periods of change such as relocation or major life decisions. Therapy is collaborative and paced to support both insight and practical change, with attention to long-term emotional wellbeing rather than short-term symptom relief. Sessions are offered online in English and Dutch.
