About Me

As an experienced Clinical Psychologist, EMDR Practitioner and Marriage & Family Therapist, I currently work in private practice providing holistic based care. I have worked in various mental health settings such as public hospitals, private practice, clinics, corporate firms and mental health startups. A key focus of my work has been ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders and trauma-related disorders for a multitude of age groups. Through assessment, diagnosis and tailored treatment approaches, sessions focus on exploring dynamics, developing practical tools & strategies, and improving overall quality of life. This adaptable style helps a wide range of clients navigate life's complexities, fostering growth and connection.
