About Me

I illuminate mental health topics for children, adolescents, and young adults, helping them navigate life’s complexities. I offer a range of support, from individual and group psychotherapy to engaging workshops. My goal is to equip young minds with practical tools, fostering resilience for their unique journeys. This diverse approach ensures tailored support, helping each person thrive.

Approach

With experience across developmental stages, I shape sessions around curiosity, safety and small experiments that help untangle feelings into workable steps. In my Jaipur practice and online sessions (available in English and Hindi/Urdu) we move at a pace you set—sometimes art or short between-session tasks carry the work forward, sometimes focused talk or family check-ins do. I listen for patterns, name them plainly, and co-create practical strategies you can try between appointments. This way of working suits those seeking steady, skills-based change.
