About Me

As a clinical psychologist, I am part of the experienced team at Solidminds, established in Rwanda in 2015. I offer dedicated support for a range of mental health challenges. We work collaboratively, drawing on years of expertise to help you explore your concerns. In our sessions, we focus on developing practical strategies, fostering well-being and resilience. My aim is to guide you towards greater clarity and strength.

Approach

At Solid-minds Rwanda I focus on how each session is shaped around your present priorities and the practical next steps that feel doable. In Kigali-based sessions conducted in English, we set a clear agenda, move at a steady pace, and practice coping skills or communication techniques during our time together, with brief tasks to try between meetings so progress continues. Crisis moments are met with calm prioritization and safety planning. This way of working often suits people navigating trauma, relationship strain, or major life transitions.
