Ms Sinovuyo Arosi

Educational Psychologist

Sinovuyo is a Psychologist working with children, young people, caregivers and families from diverse backgrounds presenting with various psychological challenges. She aims to provide a thinking space that is a conduit for emotional and psychological growth.

About Me

I create a supportive thinking space for children, young people, and their families. Here, individuals from diverse backgrounds can openly explore various psychological challenges. My aim is to nurture emotional and psychological growth. We work together to understand complex feelings and develop new coping strategies. This reflective environment is ideal for those seeking a collaborative path towards greater well-being and resilience.

Approach

That thinking space is shaped as a gentle, goal-focused process where small steps are tried, noticed and adjusted together. In Sandton or online, sessions in English, isiXhosa or isiZulu move at a pace that suits children, adolescents and caregivers, with clear check-ins and practical reflections between meetings. I blend brief assessment, collaborative problem-solving and playful experimentation so families can test new ways of relating and coping. This approach suits those seeking steady, practical progress and a respectful, curious partnership.
