Clinical Psychologist

verified by TherapyRoute

My work is grounded in a psychoanalytic approach, with a focus on understanding emotional experiences, relational patterns, and unconscious processes. I value depth, consistency, and the therapeutic relationship as central elements of psychological change, and I aim to support clients in developing greater self-awareness and emotional understanding within a safe and respectful therapeutic setting.

About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist working from a psychoanalytic perspective. I am interested in how emotional experiences, early relationships, and unconscious patterns influence how we feel, relate, and live today. I see therapy as a safe and supportive space to explore difficult feelings, moments of feeling stuck, and questions about the self or relationships. I aim to offer a thoughtful, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship where clients can feel understood and move at their own pace.

Approach

I see therapy as a collaborative and evolving process, shaped by the client’s pace and needs. By offering a consistent, reflective, and emotionally attuned space, I aim to help clients feel safe enough to explore difficult feelings, develop insight, and experience meaningful psychological change. My approach emphasise on understanding the emotional meaning behind the behaviour rather than focusing solely on the instant solutions. I pay close attention to unconscious processes, relational experiences, and patterns that emerge within the therapeutic relationship.
