About Me

I am a registered trauma-informed Counselling Psychologist. I have completed my Master's in Counselling Psychology. I work with children, adolescents, young adults and couples who have concerns of stress, anxiety, trauma, romantic and interpersonal relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, emotional well-being and so on. I use an eclectic approach, combining different therapy approaches tailored to individual needs.

Approach

I use a client-centered approach in evaluating their concerns and collaboratively drawing a management plan. My primary approach is contemporary, including somatic therapy, art therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused brief therapy. I am also trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, rational emotive therapy, transactional analysis, internal family systems therapy, positive psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, motivational enhancement therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.
