Ms Shreya Manot

Licensed Clinical Psychologists

I am a licensed clinical psychologist and have been conducting psychotherapy & psychological assessments over the last few years. I work with individuals across all age groups and use an Eclectic Approach.

About Me

As a licensed clinical psychologist, I offer psychotherapy and assessments for individuals of all ages. My eclectic approach means we tailor our work, drawing on various tools to suit your unique needs. This flexible way of working helps you gain clarity. Together, we find effective ways forward. If you seek a personalised approach, you will find a supportive space here for your concerns.

Approach

When we meet, I focus on tailoring each session to where you are, mixing practical skill-building with reflective conversation so we move at a pace that feels right. Sessions are available in English, Hindi/Urdu and Bengali, in person in Kolkata or online, and we set clear, manageable goals together. You can expect short experiments, values-based choices and gentle processing between meetings to help with stress, relationships or painful memories. This way of working often suits people who want collaborative, solution-focused progress.
