Shen Voon

Miss Shen Voon Ler

Registered Clinical Psychologist

I am experienced in working with children and adults who face trauma, neurodevelopmental disorders, personality disorders, mood disorders, relationship issues, anger issues and other mental health concerns.

About Me

I offer a supportive space for children and adults navigating various life challenges. I help individuals explore trauma, mood shifts, relationship difficulties, or anger, and understand neurodevelopmental differences. In our sessions, we can develop tailored strategies to manage concerns and foster resilience. My aim is to help you build practical skills and gain clarity, providing a grounded path towards lasting well-being.

Approach

When trauma, shifting moods or strained relationships are present, I help clients move from feeling stuck to trying small, clear experiments that suit their daily life. Sessions in Kuala Lumpur or online, in English or Mandarin, are paced with short practical exercises, mindful check-ins and gentle values-focused choices that you can practise between meetings. I keep work collaborative and concrete, tracking what helps and adjusting as needed.
