Registered Clinical Psychologist

verified by TherapyRoute

I am a clinical psychologist based in Randpark Ridge, Johannesburg, offering professional support to help individuals navigate life’s complexities and build resilience. I provide a calm, confidential space to explore patterns and develop practical coping skills for daily life.

About Me

I have been running a private practice for over 15 years and working with people for more than 25 years. I offer both short- and long-term therapy for individuals and couples. I support clients experiencing everyday stress, anxiety, panic attacks, low mood, depression (including post-natal depression), exhaustion, emptiness, and low self-esteem, as well as those facing personal, relationship, and work difficulties.

Approach

My approach is caring and personal, while remaining professional and ethical. You are each different and unique. You carry your own experiences and history. You have your own unique needs. I believe that each person needs and wants to be deeply understood, seen and heard. You want to be deeply accepted, and not judged for who you are and what you do, think and feel. This is so rare in everyday life, let alone in your families and close relationships.
