Miss Shakti Sahai

Registered Clinical Psychologists

I have been working with clients, addressing their issues related to anxiety, depression, anger management, body image issues, eating disorders, post operative stress, ADHD, autism spectrum, borderline personality disorders, narcissistic personality disorders, and relationship issues.

About Me

As a Registered Clinical Psychologist, I support individuals navigating a broad spectrum of emotional and relational challenges. Whether you are grappling with anxiety, depression, anger, or relationship difficulties, we can explore these experiences together. I also work with concerns like body image, eating disorders, post-operative stress, ADHD, autism, and personality disorders. My aim is to help you make sense of complex feelings. We can develop practical strategies for a more resilient way forward.

Approach

When intense emotions or confusing patterns surface, I help you slow down and map what’s happening so we can choose focused steps together. Sessions in my Singapore practice — or online in English or Hindi/Urdu — feel paced and practical: we alternate careful reflection on past patterns with short, doable experiments and skill rehearsal between meetings. I use assessment-informed thinking to tailor the pace and targets, and many clients find this blend of clarity and hands-on practice helpful for steady progress.
