Clinical Psychologist

I have experience working with adults dealing with a broad range of emotional and psychological challenges. My approach is grounded in the Psychodynamic framework. I believe in creating a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment where patients feel empowered to gain self-understanding.

About Me

I am a clinical psychologist offering a safe and supportive space for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. My work is grounded in a psychodynamic approach, focusing on understanding the underlying roots of emotional distress and the patterns that shape your inner world. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, where insight, self-understanding, and empowerment develop at your own pace. I am also training in Schema Therapy and am certified in Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), allowing us to explore both deep-rooted patterns and the impact of relationships on emotional well-being.

Approach

Sessions focus on gently tracing how thoughts, feelings and relational patterns surface in everyday life, aiming to name what lies beneath your distress. I offer therapy in Beirut and online in Arabic, Armenian or English. Through reflective listening, focused assessment and practical feedback between sessions, we link mood and anxiety shifts to personal history and present choices, building clearer perspectives and useful coping steps. This way of working fits adults ready to explore recurring emotional cycles and develop steadier self-relationship.
