About Me
As an experienced Play Therapist, I believe every child holds unique potential. I help children explore feelings and navigate challenges, using play as a natural way to communicate. In our sessions, your child can discover new strengths and build confidence in a safe, understanding space. This approach helps young people truly thrive and reach their own bright future.
Approach
Through creative, child-led play and careful observation I help children find language for difficult feelings and try out safer ways of relating. In Cape Town and online I work in English or Afrikaans, pacing sessions to match each child’s energy and checking in with parents between meetings to brief, reflect and plan next steps. When assessment or trauma work is needed I blend gentle exploration with clear structure so progress is measurable and steady.
