About Me

I am a Counseling Psychologist in Sea Point, Western Cape, South Africa. I work with people dealing with abuse, anxiety, ADHD, conduct problems and OCD. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and practical skills training to reduce distress and improve daily functioning.

Approach

My training shapes a therapy rhythm that balances practical skill-building with thoughtful reflection, helping you translate insight into everyday choices. I work from my Sea Point office and via secure online video in English, keeping sessions focused, paced to your needs, and rooted in real-life practice. We track attention, test out small behavioural experiments, practice values-based action and build routines that reduce overwhelm between meetings, with short, concrete tasks you can try at home. People managing attention, anxiety or long-standing low mood often find this approach useful.
