Åse

Mrs Åse Wegerif

Registered Counselor

I offer counselling in private practise in Stavanger and online coaching for clients across the world. Counselling is a way of connecting to your true self, working through struggles, pain and trauma, and leaving relationship struggles behind. My specialty is helping adult survivors of narcissistic mothers.

About Me

I help individuals navigate the effects of growing up with a narcissistic mother. Such as feeling that one is wrong, bad or incapable, unlovable, or trauma, not knowing oneself, different survival patterns. (People pleasing, isolation, boundaries, identity, feelings and more). Find healthy relationships and be you.

Approach

Healing takes shape through steady, focused sessions where we gently untangle old patterns and begin to recognise the needs underneath them. The aim is to build awareness so you can make choices more freely, rather than feel held back by familiar patterns. I see you as a whole, complex person, shaped by your experiences, relationships, and the path that’s brought you to where you are today.
