About Me

As a Sports and Mental Health Psychologist, I help individuals enhance their emotional well-being and resilience. I support athletes developing mental strength for competition, alongside those facing daily anxiety, stress, or self-doubt. We can work together to manage pressure and build lasting coping tools. My goal is to create a supportive space where you find clarity and move forward with confidence.

Approach

Sessions focus on turning insight into doable habits so you can act with clarity when stress or competition arrives. In Nagpur or online, in English, Hindi/Urdu or Marathi, I keep sessions paced and practical—short experiments, mindful practices, and value-based choices we shape together, with options for family or school involvement when helpful. Between meetings you may try small behavioural targets and reflection prompts to track what changes. This way of working often suits adolescents, young adults and athletes seeking steady, realistic progress.
