About Me

I offer dedicated, compassionate support to adults and adolescents. We can explore your unique experiences, thoughts, and feelings together. My approach uses a variety of collaborative techniques to help you find clarity and practical ways forward. I aim to create a safe space where you feel truly heard. This guidance helps build greater understanding and resilience.

Approach

Skilled across multiple approaches, I focus on uncovering patterns that keep you stuck while naming small, doable changes you can try between sessions. In my Cape Town practice and online, in English or Afrikaans, sessions are calm and paced to your needs, combining reflective listening with practical exercises. We alternate short skills practice, clear information about how things work, and gentle exploration of past influences to build awareness and reduce overwhelm. This way of working tends to suit people facing change, anxiety, relationship strain or addictive patterns.
