Clinical Psychologist

I consider the individual holistically and draw from different perspectives to tailor the therapy to these needs

About Me

I believe therapy is most effective when it truly fits you. I partner with each person, drawing from various therapeutic insights to understand your unique experiences. We'll explore what feels right for you, ensuring our work addresses your whole self. This tailored approach helps you navigate life’s complexities. It creates a deeply personal space where your individual needs are truly heard and supported.

Approach

Sessions feel like carefully paced experiments where we try ideas, notice what shifts and adjust together so the work actually fits your life. I meet people in Sandton or via secure English-language online sessions, matching tempo to school, work or family rhythms. Depending on your age and concern, we move between reflective dialogue, short practical exercises, mindful skills and playful or assessment-based tasks for children and adolescents, with simple check-ins between sessions. This way of working tends to help those facing transitions, anxiety, identity or relationship strains.
