Mrs Saskia Fick, MA

Clinical Psychologist

Verified

I believe therapy is most effective when it truly fits you. I partner with each person and partnership, drawing from various therapeutic insights to understand your unique experiences. We'll explore what feels right for you, ensuring our work addresses your whole self. This tailored approach helps you navigate life’s complexities. It creates a deeply personal space where your individual needs are truly heard and supported.

About Me

With more than a decade of experience, I pride myself on my holistic and collaborative approach. Being multicultural and bi-racial myself, I have an interest in the complexities and nuances that come with each persons background and identity.

Approach

Sessions feel like carefully paced experiments where we try ideas, notice what shifts and adjust together so the work actually fits your life. Depending on your needs, we move between reflective dialogue, short practical exercises, and mindfulness skills.
