Miss Sarah Macaraeg

Licensed Clinical Psychologists

I use an integrative type of therapy. I cater to whatever my client needs, whether big or small. I make it a point that the conversation is a safe space where clients can talk about anything that causes them distress. (contact: sarahmacaraeg.rpsy@gmail.com)

About Me

I use an integrative therapy approach, adapting to your unique needs, big or small. My focus is always on creating a safe space for our conversations. Here, you can openly explore anything causing you distress, free from judgment. This flexible, client-centred environment is ideal if you seek personalised support. We can navigate challenges and find clarity, ensuring our work together feels right for you.

Approach

Conversations follow what matters most to you, shifting between feeling-focused reflection and practical problem-solving so each session meets your current need. I offer sessions in English and Tagalog, both face-to-face in Taguig City and online, and keep the pace flexible—sometimes steady processing, sometimes brief skill-building or assessment feedback. Between meetings I may suggest short practices or readings to try out new ways of coping with stress, mood shifts, attention or relationship strains. This approach tends to suit adults seeking clear, collaborative support.
