I offer sessions in English, locally in Cape Town and online, paced to fit adults, couples and families juggling everyday demands. We try brief experiments, steady grounding tools and focused reflection to make sense of relationship strain, attention difficulties or climate grief, with practical adjustments to practice between meetings.
