About Me
My name is Sara, and I am an English-speaking Humanistic Integrative Therapist (IFS trained) based in Lisbon, Portugal.
I have over 10 years of experience living and working in London, where I supported clients from a wide range of cultural and social backgrounds.
I work with adults and support those facing emotional and relational challenges such as low mood, anxiety, low self-esteem, identity issues, trauma, or relationship difficulties.
Approach
I work as a Humanistic Integrative Therapist (IFS trained) , which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches to support your personal process. Therapy is a collaborative process led by you and supported by me. My focus is on creating a confidential, safe and supportive environment. Together, we aim to foster greater self-awareness and meaningful change.
