Sanna Khoja

Licensed Professional Counselor

I help anxious perfectionists feel free and open to their life experiences.

About Me

Anxious perfectionists often feel trapped by high expectations and constant self-criticism. I offer a supportive space where we can gently explore what fuels these demanding patterns. We will work together to understand your unique experiences and quiet the inner critic. This helps you build genuine self-compassion and embrace life with greater freedom and openness. It's for those ready to move beyond striving to find ease.

Approach

My approach is holistic, somatic, and deeply collaborative. I help high-achieving adult professionals slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and make sense of what anxiety, self-criticism, perfectionism, and people-pleasing are trying to protect. Using modalities like EMDR, Brainspotting, Flash, and IFS-informed parts work, we work gently and strategically to process stuck patterns, build nervous system capacity, and create practical shifts you can actually live, so your healing supports a more values-driven, grounded life.
