Ms Sanjog Gill

Licensed Psychologist

I am a trauma-informed, queer-affirmative therapist supporting individuals and couples in navigating life’s challenges with compassion and care. I also specialise in cancer care treatment, offering psycho social support to patients and caregivers. My approach ensures that therapy is safe and collaborative work.

About Me

I am a licensed psychologist in Paschim Vihar, Delhi, India. I help adolescents and adults manage anxiety, stress and burnout, build self-esteem and improve relationships. I provide art therapy, CBT and online sessions to teach coping skills.

Approach

When someone comes in feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, relationship strain or the stress of cancer treatment, I focus on creating a steady, small-step rhythm that honors identity and safety. Sessions in Delhi or online are conversational and practical, alternating focused skill practice with creative reflection in Hindi/Urdu, Punjabi or English so ideas land between meetings. I track one reachable goal a week, use brief exercises to shift worrying patterns, and invite simple art-based experiments to access feelings without being overwhelmed. People who prefer clear pacing, gentle challenge and culturally attuned support tend to find this helpful.
