As a queer therapist, I help you explore gender identity and transition, alongside LGBTQ+ specific issues. My practice is sex-positive, BIPOC-allied, poly-affirming, and kink-friendly, creating a truly welcoming space. We can navigate self-esteem, gender dysphoria, sexuality, and anxiety together. All parts of your experience are honored and openly discussed here.
Approach
Honoring every part of your experience, I move between focused skill-building and reflective exploration so therapy matches your pace and priorities. Sessions are offered in-person in my office in Charleston, SC or via telehealth. You’ll get clear psychoeducation and accessible tools alongside space to explore aspects of your identity or patterns you're stuck in while also holding space for the feelings that arise, with attention to sensory and executive challenges.
