About Me

I offer a compassionate space where individuals and groups can explore feelings and experiences through creative expression. As an internationally qualified Art Psychotherapist with over 20 years’ experience, I bring insight and passion to our work. I guide you to voice what words cannot, using creative approaches to help you discover new perspectives. This is ideal if you seek a unique path to understanding and growth, exploring challenges in a different way.

Approach

Sessions unfold with gentle invitations to make, move and reflect, letting image and process guide exploration when speech feels limited. I work from Cape Town and online, conducting sessions in English with a steady, paced rhythm that balances hands-on creative time and calm, focused discussion. We use tactile materials, brief tasks and collaborative reflection to surface patterns around stress, mood, life transitions and development, with simple creative prompts offered between meetings to extend insight. This approach often fits children, adolescents, adults and groups seeking a different route to understanding.
