Sama Wellness Therapy

Mental Health Clinic

Sama Wellness Therapy is a premium psychology and wellness clinic in New Giza, offering ethical, evidence-based therapy for individuals and couples in a warm, emotionally safe space — bilingual (Arabic/English) care led by Clinical Director Sama Eissa.

About Us

Sama Wellness Therapy is a modern psychology clinic based in New Giza Medi-Town, serving clients across New Giza and Sheikh Zayed, Cairo. Founded by Sama Eissa, a Gottman-certified couples specialist, the clinic was built to offer expert, private, and personalised mental health support, the kind that feels designed for you, not a generic medical appointment. Every client is carefully matched to the right therapist for their situation, language, and goals, from a team of about eight practitioners. We work with individuals, couples, and families in both Arabic and English, grounded in confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism.

Approach

Our approach is evidence-based and integrative, drawing on modalities such as CBT, DBT, and the Gottman Method for couples work, matched to each client's specific needs. We prioritise therapist-client fit over a one-size-fits-all model — before any session is booked, we assess what a client needs and pair them with the practitioner best suited to that. Sessions are conducted in a calm, private, boutique-clinic setting designed to remove the friction and stigma that often keep people from starting therapy.
