“With over 2.5 years of experience, I have had the privilege of supporting clients from diverse backgrounds with varying concerns such as emotional regulation, inter and intrapersonal challenges among others. My practice is trauma-informed and systemic, drawing from DBT and ACT frameworks.”
About Me
When emotions feel overwhelming or relationships are strained, I offer a trauma-informed space. Drawing from DBT and ACT, I support you in developing practical skills. We can work together to navigate difficult feelings and build stronger connections. This collaborative approach helps you understand your inner world and create lasting change.
Approach
Our sessions focus on making sense of your experience and turning insight into doable steps that fit your daily life. I meet with clients in Bangalore and online, and we can work in English, Hindi/Urdu or Tulu so the pace and examples feel culturally familiar. You’ll practice short grounding and emotion-regulation exercises, try values-based experiments between sessions, and reflect on what’s shifting so skills become part of how you handle tough moments. This way of working often resonates with adolescents and adults facing transitions, mood or relationship challenges.
